Reopening of Social Spaces

As restrictions continue to ease across the country, we are thrilled to announce the gradual reopening of our social spaces!

Boardwalk will continue to prioritize the health and safety of our Resident Members as they resume daily activities within much-missed amenities.

While these spaces will be open for use, Residents can expect to see some changes and new, but necessary, procedures, to ensure our facilities meet the highest standards for safety, hygiene and comfort.

Here's what’s changing and how we are keeping our Residents safe:

Reduced capacity

We’re temporarily limiting the number of Residents using an amenity at one time. Capacities will vary by community. Please contact your Leasing Office directly for further information.

One-way traffic and social distance indicators

We have implemented directional arrows, signage, and placement to ensure physical distancing can be achieved in all social spaces.

Increased Sanitization

We’re increasing cleaning and sanitization throughout our communities, paying extra attention to high-touch surfaces.

Amenity sign-up sheet

An attendee sign-up sheet will be provided for social rooms, fitness centres, pools and outdoor spaces.

Health assessment form

Residents are required to complete a health assessment form prior to using any social space.

Hand sanitizer stations

Additional hand sanitizer has been made available, including hand sanitizer stations at all entryways.

Let’s keep working together as we have to date in order to ensure that our social spaces are as safe and inclusive as possible.

We look forward to seeing everyone soon!
