Marilyn is the most caring, diligent, and energetic superintendent I ever had the pleasure to know. She made sure I was safe on early dark winter mornings, while waiting for my Uber. She always has a smile and a genuine "how are you?" to welcome you, or see you on your way. Her Residents’ safety and happiness are her priority. As I have moved out now, I will miss her very much. I am thankful for her service.

Peaceful and Safe

I want to let you know how enjoyable my first month has been here at Lockwood Arms Apartments. I moved in just two weeks before the pandemic hit us and it has been so peaceful and safe. The suite is so very quiet, serene and secure. Thank you so very much to everyone in the office who made it possible for me to find this little gem in the city. The building is very well maintained and the team has been very considerate and always keep busy. And the neighbours that I’ve encountered, with appropriate social distance, have been personable, absolutely pleasant and helpful. A number of us have commented that we will get to know each other better once this is all over. Thank you so very much! This is the first time I’ve experienced a feeling of community in an apartment complex.
